current year is blocked by the admin bar when i scroll the page down

im using WordPress 3.3.2 everything works fine but one thing. when i scroll the page down the timeline years will follow or slides down and stay on the page. but it stops under the admin bar. i tried to fix this but i cant get it. is there a way where i can make it stop just bellow the admin bar?
