Version upgrade in beta, dev and stable.

Seems like no. But you can always submit a PR or do in your own Fork as I did: https://github.com/jjrbfi/docker-flutter

I haven't use that repository for a while. I ended using my own Dockerfile + X11 forwarding + Shared directories. Is more user friendly to me.
