getting error to run equil example

Hi, I am new to matsim and learning this tool for my research work. I have started learning from the equil example. When I imported the equil example from github to Intellij, there is no output folder coming under the equil project. Also I am getting these errors while executing the Runmatsim.java file.

This is a similar issue as reported in #577. Probably you need to use Java version below version 16
