Xbar is not opening upon installation

I tried installing xbar. It successfully downloaded but when I tried opening it it failed. The acitivity monitor showed me that the process was running.

Same here. MacOS 15.4

It worked once, i could browse the plugins. The app disappeared and restarting it didn't help. The app shows up on the app tray below but the menus are not there. App shows up in activity monitor but thats it. Reinstalled etc but no prevail.

I got the same issue. After an update a pop up said something like "Removing legacy ..." after that I could not get xbar to show a menubar icon. Sadly I didn`t read that through.

Hello, I fixed my problem! I run macos 26.0.1 and after quitting my BetterTouchTool-App (BTT) the menu items reoccured. BTT have a relatively new ability to work as menu-icon manager and somehow this made xbar disappear completely. Hope this helps others.
