Dependency hell

Each plugin should have clear dependency definitions that are installed automatically by xbar on first run. It's like whack a mole getting one plugin to work and I just gave up in the end.

hey @jpike88, thanks for this - you're right it can be a pain, but having xbar manage the dependencies properly is a mammoth task. Will mark it as potential future work.
