When refreshing all, they should stay visible

Right now, when we "refresh all", everything disappears and comes back again. It would be less jarring to keep them visible, and just refresh in-place. Even better, they could flash when they are refreshed.

Hey @pvinis thanks for the nice idea. When you refresh a single one, it goes disabled while it updates. Would this work? Of course, some of them are removed and some added when Refresh All happens, but for those unchanged, this could be a nice approach. What do you think?

I think that would work too!

i thought of flashing just to give some visual aid to the user that it did actually refresh.
