Request: More info in README about purging/delete completed tasks from MongoDB

Hello! I was reviewing the code and I wasn't able to figure out how the completed tasks get purged from MongoDB. Would you be able to provide more details in README?

I am just worried that if there is no deletion mechanism then the database will start taking up a lot of space over time.
