Add slight variance in throwing/spawning to avoid it feeling too "perfect"

a little bit of left/right/up/down in the trajectory can help make the throw feel less mechanical and more natural. This can be seen when spamming 2 for bouncy balls, for example: they all follow the same path until they happen to collide chaotically.
