Sydent doesn't follow the spec's behaviour with next_link

Two things:

  • [ ] Sydent shouldn't accept a next_link parameter for submit token. It should be defined during /requestToken and then referenced during the call to /submitToken
  • [ ] Sydent uses nextLink as it's query parameter, whereas the spec uses next_link
