Rule to Prevent New Users from Posting Images

I am not aware of a way to prevent new users from posting images until after a certain amount of time passes. I couldn’t find a way to do so in the example config file. Is this currently possible, and if not could this functionality be added?

Enabling the NSFW filter and setting the threshold to zero effectively does this

Can you make it turn off per-account basis, say, a week after each member joins?

Edit: Also wouldn’t that still run the AI model and waste a ton of expensive resources?

Not currently, but that would be a nice feature to have. The model does run, but it's not expensive from what I can tell.
