!mjolnir version command

I think a command to report the version of mjolnir could be very useful, I also believe it should include the version number, maybe the branch and the Git commit hash.

What is the intended usecase for such a command?

@turt2live I would say for having a testing mjolnir with experimental changes and because people in the control room don't know the mjolnir version, which I think would be nice to have even though it's much less important than other things.
