Allow exporting content

I would be interested e.g. getting the list of subscribed RSS feeds as a .txt, possibly even as a .csv including who set them.

in what capacity? As the bot administrator there's the config file and API.

As a room member. I guess this would be more of an issue towards Scalar, but I don't know if it has an open issue tracker while being propietary and as end user I probably have no idea where the integration manager ends and where Go-NEB begins, so I thought this is appropiate issue tracker.

In case of RSS, I would love it to be able to exportable and importable as OPML which is also supported by many other feed readers
