Cannot register using the command line tool

As far as I can tell, that error comes from a Synapse server and not from Dendrite. :) You'll need to change the URL to connect to using the -url parameter, which defaults to http://localhost:8008.

Emm... Actually not from Synapse. But thank you as I DID forget to specify url, and maybe the tool cannot find the server as no DNS record is set.
