The behaviour from 2021 is:

1 hour before:

• Send check-in prompt to talk room

45 minutes before:

• Send check-in prompt to talk room, mentioning users

30 minutes before:

• Send check-in prompt to talk room, mentioning users
• Post list of missing users to backstage room

15 minutes before:

• Send check-in prompt to talk room, mentioning the whole room
• Post list of missing users to backstage room
• Post list of missing users to management room

Users are considered checked in if they send a message or reaction in any of the rooms the bot is in.

No invites or emails are sent. Invites are triggered manually by the invite admin command.
