Matrix invitation after addition of Matrix ID on pentabarf

Describe the bug After a presenter/devroom manager has added their Matrix ID on pentabarf the bot correctly sets the status of the MatrixID to "Moderator" in the presentation room, but it does not actually invite the account.

This is after the first round of invitations has gone out.

Expected behavior

Users are invited to the rooms after they have added a MatrixID after the first round of invitations has gone out.
