Better Solution for Sample Projects

Sample projects will only exists individaully, for individual users. Not everybody should see everyones initial sample project.

The Sample / Sandbox project has been designed, and can begin development. The sample project will be called "Welcome to Kora" and will include a sample form containing all field types, and a few sample records.

This will involve creating a system that allows for all users to have their own sandbox project of the same name, "Welcome to Kora".

This system will also make it so that admin users can't see other user's sandbox projects. Each user should only see their own sandbox project.

Each user will also be able to modify their own sandbox project, without it effecting the other sandbox projects of the same name, "Welcome to Kora"

Field descriptions will be provided at a later date, for now use what is in the comp. Exact configurations of each field will be modified after initial setup.
