Cannot send messages from matrix -> slack

Messages are transfered from slack to matrix successfully, but the other way round is broken. Whenever I sent a message in matrix to slack I get a Receive a read event from ourself and the message is not forwarded to slack

I already regenerated config.json and slack-registration.yaml, still the same behavior
