The newest Powershell has problems running this. Could you have a look at this?

Which version are you running? I think I am running the latest version of PowerShell and did not find any problems.

PS C:\Users\shrin>  $PSVersionTable

Name                           Value
----                           -----
PSVersion                      5.1.18362.752
PSEdition                      Desktop
PSCompatibleVersions           {1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0...}
BuildVersion                   10.0.18362.752
CLRVersion                     4.0.30319.42000
WSManStackVersion              3.0
PSRemotingProtocolVersion      2.3
SerializationVersion           1.1.0.1

But it did fail for me when I tried the first time. It has to be run as an administrator to work.

Without admin rights is the problem

It works in mine, Windows 10 Build 2004, you gotta have Admin Permissions enabled for it to run though.
