Don't merge perk trees

The screenshot isn't quite sufficient to see the issue, but according to the user who created it this is:

Vanilla perk edited by both mods. ORD was supposed to replace the YASH perk, Smash mixed the two perks together with undesirable results.

The resolution should be as simple as applying Treat as Single Entity on the perks array.
