Disable popup menu items in setting manager when invalid

Per our conversation on discord, could you please remove the option to set Treat as Single Entity on records (QUST/etc) since it has no effect at the record level. When the user tries, suggest Force Values instead?

Adjusted title - there are several items in the Toggle submenu of the right-click menu in the tree view which should be disabled in certain conditions, but aren't.
