[FO4] Hangs when merging All Settlements Extended + ASE Far Harbor

When trying to merge All Settlements Extended with All Settlements Extended - Far Harbor Merge Plugins will just hang at this point:

Running via Mod Organizer 2.0.8.3, but other plugins merge fine.

Also, if I try to Cancel this merge, Merge Plugins will print Cancelling... in the box, but it will not actually close the box/windows, and the only way to shut down the program is via the task manager.
