OK thank you. Problem is/was because "new" browser (after some update) viewport is wrong (see the scrolls bar) This happends also on empty page
Privacy manifest is also not included in the generated released xcframeworks (https://github.com/ReactiveX/RxSwift/releases/tag/6.8.0).
