Modify an existing rule

Hi, wondered if functionality to edit an existing rule (from str) was on the roadmap?

I'd like to be able to add meta fields to my existing rules programmatically

Great suggestion! This is in the planned roadmap for the next release due to popular demand. Toying with methodologies for making things a little more intuitive, but in the meantime, I suggest you check out https://github.com/plyara/plyara.
