Add new trigger: Tab/Window active/visible

Could trigger an event when the window becomes inactive (blur) and also check the visibility API https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Page_Visibility_API

We already have a variable for this AFAIK, but be also good to have a trigger.
