UI Enhancement: Add a next/previous pair of buttons

Add two buttons, as shown in my screenshot. This could be done for Tags, Triggers, and Variables.

For users with dozens of tags, it would be a nice browsing feature to be able to click forward and back. Especially nice if the computer keyboard left/right arrows can actuate the two buttons. (Similar UI as a photo carousel.)

Just to check if I understand correctly: this would navigate the user to the previous/next tag, in the order of the tags on the parent screen?
