‘Add new’ button on tag & trigger editor pages

Currently you have to go back to the listing page to add a new tag/trigger. And this button is at the bottom of the page. Would it be possible to add the button at the top of the listing page and directly from an editing page to facilitate the creation of new tags/triggers? It would be a very nice UX improvement!
