Triggers are triggered only once per visit in a Single Page App

Creating from customer feedback and request:

the "scroll" trigger is only triggered once per pageview.

Imagine the case of a Single Page App, when we navigate to a new page, the "scroll trigger" should then be able to be triggered again. But the Tag Manager does not know that we have changed the page, and does not reset triggers and events, so the scroll is not triggered again.

-> Could we introduce a way to inform the Tag Manager that we have reloaded the page (in a Single Page App) so that it resets the triggers?

Or is there maybe some workaround available to "re-run/re-init" the container logic after loading a pageview?
