Change history for new version

When you create a new version for your container you will find all your changed Tags/Triggers and so on. In case you have renamed a Tag/Trigger etc. it will be shown twice: "Added" + "Deleted", instead of "Modified". In my eyes it should be shown only once.

I think that won't be trivial/possible without a lot of work. The reason is, that the same tag or the same trigger will have a different ID and therefore you can only compare them by name, and not by ID.

Maybe could be some check to compare all other properties and then assume if only name is different, then it was likely a rename. Although checking all properties might also be difficult since many contain dates etc.

Happy to keep this issue open, but we'll likely won't work on it anytime soon.
