Cannot access settings with merged_assets enabled

I just did a clean install of matomo. The only thing I did after the install was to install the LDAP Login plugin (and only that one) and enable it.

With this configuration, when I try to load the LDAP configuration, the settings are empty (no forms, just 2 empty boxes) and I got a the following angular error:

The controller with the name 'LoginLdapAdminController' is not registered

If I disable asset merging (using Development settings), everything work like a charm. I tried to clean the cache (either using console or by removing everything in tmp directory) but the issue remains.

I also see that installing an other plugins (whatever it is like Log Viewer, LDAP Connection, …) may solve the issue.

I forgot to mention. I'm using matomo 3.3.0 with plugin version 4.0.3
