[Feature request] Add a "exclude traffic from referrer" option

There is currently a feature to exclude a list of referrers, which will then count as direct traffic, but there is no feature to exclude traffic from a specific list of referrers. On the other hand, something similar is used to exclude visits from clouds within the spam prevention module. This feature would be useful because IP adresses are not always enough when it comes to excluding internal or spam traffic.

Summary

This feature would be set within Administration > Measurables > Manage (by website) or Settings (global scale).
