Segment selector: max out at 5-6, instead of throwing many errors in reporting interface.

Summary

Currently, a user can select up to 6 segments and reports work fine. However, when selecting a 7th segment, most or all reports start showing red errors, which can be a negative experience. To clean this up, we could simply prevent a user from selecting a 7th segment. This would prevent all red errors in the UI.
