Writing a documentation explaining how to use Matomo/Matomo Tag Manager with OneTrust

Hi team,

OneTrust is a major consent management solution in the USA. Currently our documentation is not listing them. It would be great to extend it with https://www.onetrust.com/platform/consent-and-preferences/. We contacted OneTrust to get access to the platform so we could test how a user can use OneTrust with Matomo. Unfortunately we haven't heard back. If someone has more information or has it working already, perhaps they can provide information so that we can publish a guide for it.
