[Bug] Insights feature not working when we pick up a comparison custom date range
What happened?
When we compare the data from one period to a custom date range, then the overview figures report still show the insights from current month to the previous one:
In the screenshot, you can see that the information written within the black board do not match the time period indicated above in the calendar.
What should happen?
The insights feature should take into consideration the custom date range comparison period of the calendar.
How can this be reproduced?
You can use https://demo.matomo.cloud, then go within the ecommerce overview report: https://demo.matomo.cloud/index.php?module=CoreHome&action=index&idSite=1&period=day&date=yesterday#?period=month&date=2024-01-19&idSite=1&category=Goals_Ecommerce&subcategory=General_Overview&comparePeriods[]=range&comparePeriodType=custom&compareDates[]=2023-01-01,2023-01-31 then you apply a comparison of date with a custom date range. And then you hover your mouse on one of the figures in the UI.
