multiple devices appear under the same visitor profile

I have problems with Matomo android tracking which multiple devices use the same ip address appear under the same visitor profile on the dashboard ? Normally visitor id should be attached to a single device I am leaving the visitor id setting impl to the SDK , i dont set anything custom Matomo SDK android : v4.1.4 Dashbaord version : 4.10.1.
