Let users exclude the device from being tracked when entering the site

Idea from a user reported via feedback: Can I exclude this iPhone from being tracked when entering the site, like I can do by setting a cookie in the desktop application?

This is a good idea as we sometimes do link to the site from some rows. For example from the visitor screen. We will need to open the browser for this.
