Display percentage values and not only plain metrics

This was reported by a user and I totally forgot about this feature. We should definitely work on this feature. As there is not a lot of space on smartphones we could maybe allow to switch between percentage on metric values on tap/click. One tap would either switch only the selected column from metric to percentage or all columns. I'm not sure whether tap/click is the best solution as we might also want to use this to open links eg in Actions => Pages at some point. In Visitor Details screen we use this behavior already. Maybe anyone has a better idea?

Also need to see whether we toggle the metric value and percentage or whether we can display next to each other. On tablets we definitely can.

Edit: We might also want to use a click event for something like piwik/piwik#4633 . But might do this with a swipe on a row... then display a "row menu" eg segment by this value, open link, share, ...
