add better error message

when invoking python3 ~/matomo/misc/log-analytics/import_logs.py I received the error:

failed unexpectedly

I had an invalid site (--idsite=) but since it was my first time implementing import_logs.py it took a while for me to figure that out. I recommend an error message similar to

invalid site
