Create list of popular hosting providers to manually test

Users do not like it when Matomo for Wordpress does not work and may simply abandon it when it does, and there are many ways a hosting provider can interfere with Matomo, without a useful error message. This creates extremely poor UX for users and damages the reputation of the project if it is the first interaction a user has with Matomo. We should manually test each hosting provider manually with a list of free plugins we want to ensure we are compatible with.

A list of popular hosting providers from different countries to test should be created. Focus should be on the following regions:

  • Europe
    • France
    • Germany
    • Italy
    • Austria
    • Sweden
    • Netherlands
    • Denmark
    • Switzerland
    • UK
  • USA
  • Canada
  • India
