Thank you for posting your system report. I've tested your plugin list, and I've found that you embed another Reader version in the WooCommerce plugin, but this is the same one. Unfortunately, I've not been able to test all your plugins, as you might have some custom and paid ones. Do you have shell access on your server? Could you give me the output of the following command? find wp-content/plugins/ -type f -name Reader.php

Could you also give me the output of the following command? php -i

And finally, when do you get this error? When accessing Matomo?
