Hello i have installed Matomo analytics plugin on Wordpress. I have no data ... i am surprise that

@bartounet16 do reports still show up in your Matomo? What happens when you go to:

• WP Admin
• Matomo Analytics
• Diagnostics
• Troubleshooting
• Click on the first button "Archive reports"?

When you then go Matomo Analytics -> Summary in the WP admin dashboard do reports show up? For example when selecting today as a date?

Hello i have no error when i click on the button "Archive reports" But i have no data after in Matomo Analytics --> Summary / Today or yesterday

Thanks for this @bartounet16 it seems it might not have tracked something yet.

Can you go follow these steps and let me know the results?

• Go to WP Admin dashboard
• Click on Matomo Analytics -> Reporting
• Click on "Visitors -> Visits Log" or "Visitors -> Real time"
• Do you see any data there? If you don't see data, can you maybe select a different date above the report and see if it shows any data for the current or past week?

@bartounet16 sorry for the late reply. Is there any chance you could create a user for us on your WordPress and give it a Matomo Super User role? This way we could see if we can maybe find the issue that is causing the problem and we'd only have access to the Matomo part inside your WordPress but nothing else. If that's possible, could you create a user for [email protected] ?

It seems generally like the tracking is not working but it's not clear why.
