Matomo 4.5.0 availability

Hey all

I see Matomo 4.5.0 has been released and there isn't a Dockerfile version for this yet.

Do we know when this will be available, or may I create a PR for this?

Hi,

I am not fully familiar with how building the container works, but I think all of the work has been done in https://github.com/matomo-org/docker/commit/0b7d82b64d57a6ff321c635eaf9c20746e012e12 and the part that needs to be done by the docker team has been merged in https://github.com/docker-library/official-images/pull/11051

So the only thing remaining is for the docker team to build the image and this seems to have happened 5min ago: https://hub.docker.com/_/matomo?tab=tags
