Auto-add polladmin and polluser

Enchancement suggestion: have the bot add the polladmin and polluser roles to the guild (if not already there) upon first use.

I want to avoid creating roles that the server might not need (most server admins want to handle the permissions themselves). But i could add a command to create the roles if that helps?
