Possibly make the Channels List alphabetized?

When you DM the bot with "pm!new" and pick the server, when it asks for which channel to post it on, it should be alphabetized so it's easier to pick the name instead of taking awhile to find it, it's really helpful for a server with allot of channels. # #

The order of channels is the same as it appears on your discord server. I think that is the preferred way of most users to select their channel instead of alphabetized.
