Support other languages than english

I would like to have the option to define a language for the Poll. So that the text that is shown to the user can be some other language than english.

i.e.

'Vote by adding reactions to the poll. You have 1 vote, but can change it. ' --> German: 'Stimme ab, indem du eine Reaktion hinzufügst. Du hast 1 Stimme, kannst dieser aber nachträglich ändern.'

Is it possible to implement something like that?

This is currently not planned and it would require a lot of work to implement. I will accept a pull request that implements multi language support in a sensible way (and I will help developing it), but I don't plan on doing it myself from scratch in the near future.

I was also just wondering if you could support multiple languages. Could you please use an external tool such as Crowdin to support multiple languages? This way, the translation work can be done by other users.
