Uninstalled `WithSecure` anti-virus, no changes.
**Update:** Updated the `Python` version from `3.6.9` to `3.11.0` and now it works on almost all browsers like `Firefox`, `Chrome`, `Chromium`, `Opera`, `Edge`. Only one still has the problem, `SeaMonkey`.
