In the docs, it goes into detail how to manually add the devices. It doesn't list all of the MQTT topics though and that caused me some grief with creating triggering events. you may want to add to the docs ones like:

homeassistant/binary_sensor/eufy/XXXXXXXXXXXXXX_person/attributes

for example and any other that exist for other EUFYs
