Adding GIV Token

We are listing GIV token (GIV) to Portal Polygon to enable bridge from Mainnet to PolygonZEVM

Currently, we are in running the qacc program and having everything ok with GIV on Polygon ZKEVM is really appreciate it.

Hello @KENILSHAHH , @mayanks1211 @Groovytent, we really appreciate your help reviewing and approving this PR to list GIV in Polygon ZKEVM Portal!

Our users are really upset with this situation. They cannot bridge GIV from MAinnet to Polygon ZKEVM. It has been two weeks trying to solve this.

@mayanks1211 or any other reviewer :-) Any chance we could get this going. It's very embarrassing to not be able to bridge our token in and out of the zkEVM... it doesn't make any sense why it is blocked on the UI
