Motivation
We want a broader set of developers to be able to build dapps on Polygon thereby making it accessible to a large subset of developers.

@bobsub218 i saw your project, its great. But what we are looking is - a SDK library similar to matic.js where user can just call a method and it process inside e.g - plasma withdrawl, transfer etc.
Your project is more about contract call using matic-vigil lib.
I’m sorry I didn’t come up with the perfect solution to the problem, but I’ve seen what the other developers submitted and their solutions don’t match the generic requests presented by the problem in the hackathon. . . so a first solution might be to split the prize equally to the developers who participated or not give anyone any money. . . I’m curious to know what Do you think of my thought. . .

@arjunPolygon @ujjwalgupta94 I want to write a Rust implementation for this Bounty.
Gitcoin shows it as expired, as it was part of Eth CC hackathon.
Can I still work on it?
@arjunPolygon I would like to work on the maticjs implementation in Java. Is the opportunity still open? It shows open here but when I try to start work on the Gitcoin page, it redirects to Hackathon to register and hackathon says its past due date
