GetTransactionReceiptsByBlock has no effectiveGasPrice field returned

Bor client version: [v1.2.3]

OS & Version: Windows / Linux / OSX

Environment: Polygon Mainnet

Type of node: Validator / Sentry / Archive

Additional Information:

func (s *BlockChainAPI) GetTransactionReceiptsByBlock has no effectiveGasPrice field returned, and ethereum could return this field. I saw that this field had been already added in types.Receipt, so Is this a issue or feature?
