Expanded data length via Structured Append mod?

First off, super cool project.

I was just dropping a line to mention that QR codes do support "chaining" of sorts to allow for more information to be stored across 16 QR codes. Discussed here: https://github.com/zxing/zxing/issues/233 among other places.

This might not be the most compatible idea since who knows if the clients actually support this, but I thought it was interesting.
